Founding Circle Members
Founding Circle members can leverage the ESMC program to build climate-resilient supply chains while preserving direct contact with the farmers and ranchers in their sourcing regions. These members receive priority access to the Eco-Harvest market program as buyers. For credits that have not been allocated to a project developer buyer, ESMC will make credits available to Founding Members before other members are given access. Founding Circle members have voting rights for changes to membership structure and FFAR research priorities. Additionally, these members receive preference to provide input on development of research & market projects.
Legacy Partner Members
Legacy Partner members can join one of the Working Committees to help guide or support research and pilot projects and will provide input on the Consortium’ annual research investment. Members will be invited to participate in an annual summit where they can learn from and collaborate with other ESMC members. There are three Legacy Partner member categories:
- Gold Legacy Level: Members have priority access to market program as a buyer and can participate in pilot projects.
- Silver Legacy Level: For organizations with an operating budget over $5M: Universities, co-op, producer groups, pilot project partners. Members can participate in pilot projects but have no priority access to buy credits.
- Bronze Legacy Level: For organizations with an operating budget under $5M: Small non-profits, foundations, co-op, producer groups, pilot project partners. Members can participate in pilot projects but have no priority access to buy credits.
Producer Circle Members
Farmers and ranchers are the focus of the program and their role is to ground check the initiative by providing frank and honest feedback. It is expected that farmers and ranchers will attend and actively participate in as many Working Committee meetings as possible and act as spokespeople for the initiative. Participation in pilot projects will also be welcomed.
